Installation instructions for Adjustable Deflector Series 30
The installation of an air deflector must be carried out by a qualified person.
Upon receiving the product, ensure its overall condition (scratches, cracks, chips, etc.). If the part has been damaged, notify NOVIPLAST before any intervention.
Thorough preparation is essential before installation.

Present the product on the vehicle to ensure the correct position.

Measure the overhang of the body (distance from the roof of the cabin to the top of the body).

Perform the assembly on the ground.

Adjust the upper part by reducing it by approximately 3 cm compared to the measurement.

Lock the assembly using clamps.

Drill the 6 holes in the lower part with a 6mm diameter drill bit.

Mettre les rondelles 6×20 + vis 6×25 à l’extérieur de la pièce.

Place the 6×20 washers and 6mm diameter nuts on the inside of the part.

Tighten the assembly firmly without damaging the polyester. Install the plastic protective covers.

Degrease the bonding surfaces and apply the adhesion primer.

Extrude a bead of adhesive with an 8mm diameter on the bonding area of the deflector.
- Leave a 1 cm gap without adhesive at the front right and left to allow for water drainage.

Place the product on the vehicle’s roof and apply pressure firmly.

Create an external seal for better waterproofing.
Drying
Allow polymerization for one night or 10 hours before driving.
